The operation process of waste plastic pyrolysis equipment

  1. The spiral feeder automatically feeds the plastic waste into the reactor。 However, if you choose a batch-type machine, the paper feed will be manually operated。 When the internal temperature of the pyrolysis reactor reaches the relevant temperature after heating, oil and gas will be produced。
  2. The oil and gas enter the manifold, and the heavy oil is liquefied into the heavy oil, which falls into the heavy oil tank。 Light gasoline will be liquefied into fuel oil through the condenser and retained in the fuel tank。
  3. The combustible gases generated during the pyrolysis process will be desulphurized and purified in the water seal, and then recirculated in the combustion chamber as a heat source。
  4. The flue gas produced when heating the reactor will first be cooled in the flue condenser。 After that, it will enter the dust removal system and spray tower for dust removal, washing, water spraying, ceramic ring adsorption and activated carbon absorption。 Finally, it will be safe to discharge and meet EU environmental protection and emission standards。
